All of 8” here. The driveway was warm enough that there is not much on it. Also where am I going to go.

I’d wager it was around 5″ or so before the wind blew it around, 25 miles north of La Crosse. La Crosse looked to have less than half of that.

Fortunately the wind blew most of the snow off the driveway so I didn’t have to get the ATV and plow out.

Last night’s weather at 10 said 10″ here. I had to get the blower out but it was sitting right there at the door so no biggie. Heavy crap though. The snowplow yesterday came thru at about 40 miles and hour and curl of that heavy slush crap about 5 feet high and wiped out the mailbox and Ma’s flower trellis. Blew the neighbor’s box off the post and threw it about 40 feet. I have no idea whay these idiots have to plow at that kind of speed knowing that they’ll be wrecking stuff. Where the plow slowed to go around a parked car the curl was fine and got it off the street at about 6 mph.

With around 11″ here, I am forced to clear the deck and doorways. I refuse to do any more than that though. Really wishing single digit lows weren’t in our forecast here for the next couple days though…still waiting for ice out!
