Who else is getting delayed?

    Stanley,
I’m curious what model you ordered?
I went through LaCannes too. I went with a comp 185 tiller with original target delivery of June, which then changed to July 15th. I’m thinking it wasn’t on their delivery last week as I haven’t been notified (fingers crossed).

I’m also interested to see where everyone stands on their deliveries!

I have noticed that as well. Powerlodge had the same boat I ordered (from a different dealer) listed for more than I paid including taxes and all electronics and installation… The delay stinks, but I agree I will take the $10k in savings… My boat should be delivered June 28th. Benefit of the delay is the boat will be a 2021…

End of June has come and gone, what’s the word?

After a few more “going to be another 2 weeks” I finally was able to pick up my boat on the 19th. You can tell they are lacking at the factory though. Couple areas were the carpet was cut were it shouldn’t be, floor screws are cock-eyed and sticking out, driver drawer won’t slide out or close. Minor things that I can live with for now.

My original delivery date was April 1st so if you were told June originally I would be prepared to wait through August at least.

Still painfully waiting… i was originally told July when i ordered in Early April. Since then ive been told Early August and now maybe September 10th. Sure sucks but I am in the same “boat” as you (pun intended) and my dealer is also taking the hit on the price increase as well.

I ordered a comp fsx 185. Original delivery was March/April. At this point it comes when it comes. I still have my trade in so I’m not without a boat. I know I could sell it for more than what I’m getting for trade but I made the deal in January and they are honoring the prices we agreed on then so I’m good with it.

I ordered a Mercury 9.9efi kicker in February. Still nothing? Maybe by next year.

My order for my 2021 MV 1860 AWCC went in in January. Was told delivery July, then August now middle of October. Good thing I didn’t sell my old boat. Was looking at Alumacraft on a jobs site and looks like they are trying hire quite a few positions.

Dealer told me quality control at this point is poor . Pushing boats out the door as fast as they can . Also said Voyageur went up 3 grand for the same boat! Mercury also raising prices on motors . Supply and demand or gouging to keep profit margins up ? Either way looks like my 36 year old Alumacraft still floats LOL !

Got the email Thursday that the boat is finally in. They should have it rigged and ready this week they said so I should get it home soon. Just in time to go through it and get it ready for storage but at least I will have it for next year doah about 8 months from order to delivery.
