Whitetail gun hunt for my son? or Hog..

My son Zack(14) was recently diagnosed with Ewings sarcoma (cancer) a month ago and will need 7+months of chemo, radiation and surgeries. Anybody have recommendations for a whitetail hunt for him? He has never shot a deer before!! He also saw hog hunting on tv and thought that would be cool…
