I’ve got a chance to head up for a day of fishing walleyes this Saturday on the Whitefish Chain. Problem is, I never fish there this late in open water and am not sure where I should start. I don’t need specific spots, moreso what depth and patterns I should try. Should I look deeper? Perhaps livebait rigs? Trolling cranks? Jigging raps?
Any help would be great. I will have two younger kids with too, so hopefully I can get them on some eyes.
