Dose anyone know where the fish (crappies/walleye) are on whit bear I have never been out there. I’m from northern MN and I heard WB holds some pretty nice. I was just wondering if anyone can help me out.
    Thanks

I’m not super comfortable giving up any spots on that lake given my proximity and the amount of pressure it gets.

The lake does hold nice fish but can be tough to locate consistently. On ANY metro lake I’d advise you to fish away from the crowds.

If you were out there last weekend you could have seen where the good spots are. Us UPLers “swiss cheesed” White Bear to find fish.

White bear is a super clear lake so be sure to really capitalize on the low light periods of the day for walleye waytogo

WBL can be tough. It is good early in the season, when it is snowing and it has a night bite. Location, lots of people go outta Belaire Park-good luck.

I’ve been out there a few times this year. Most recently, this past Monday afternoon.

I also did a lot of hole hopping before finding a spot to settle down for a bit. My advice, be prepared to move and drill. Also, as others have said, don’t think you need to go where everyone else is.

Bellaire park is a good place to launch from. Good luck!
