I feel sorry for everyone who feels they must toe the line and conform to others and let them run your lives. Individual opinions and choices are the foundation of freedom. If you like or dislike certain groups, policies, you are entitled to your opinion. Nobody should tell you what you like or dislike. That said nobody should tell you what to say or not say. That is censorship which is not cool. Be respectful to others, their freedom of expression is just as important to them as yours is to you.

Please feel free to guess on how long this post lasts before the first person attempts to torpedo it. When it does happen (torpedoing the thread) you will know who wants you to conform to their way of thinking.

    Happy Wednesday!!!

Hell yeah Dutchboy, let end this cancel culture bs. Totally agree.

Beer corporations should be free to support whomever they want without fear of being cancelled.

WHEN / WHY DID PERSONAL OPINION DIE?

When some Moron came up with the phrase “Political Correctness” and we started governing for special interest groups not for the masses.

The evolution of political BS. The more things are embellished to be worse than they are, everyone gets defensive and adds fuel to the fire.

Learned many years ago that turning the TV, phone, and other propaganda devices off reduces stress and blood pressure.
My biggest concern is if I draw both my moose tag and my trophy elk tag in the same year….. yep I worry about all the right things

When did this happen ? I think people run there mouths more like there is no consequences. Besides this Plat form I really haven’t logged on to much for social platforms. More so due to the fact I hate reading so much negativity. There was once a time we all tried picking each other up instead of putting every one down

was more in reference to people in the public eye, elected officials, celebrities, athletes, etc. Yes, the average joe can chirp to their hearts desire on social media. If you are in the public eye and make some bigoted comments, you’re going to get a lot more backlash these days than you would have 15 years ago

Grandma always said, “you’re welcome to your opinion, just keep it to yourself”. Seems to me there’s plenty of opinions around, and most could do with some of grannys advice. That said, in my opinion the kid Rock video is fake.

A lot of people need a constructive hobby. But now people seem to have turned their own insecurities into torching others as a hobby. Doesn’t really matter what side or belief system you have in place, if others see you enjoying life, they’ll make it their mission to seek and destroy. Have really tuned out for long stretches and it’s amazing how much happier a person gets focusing on getting better at just living life vs focusing on others flaws and failures. Look up, look inward and look forward. Dragging and dredging is a way to seem relevant, but pulling people down and searching out all the bad just proves what dwells in one’s own heart. People are toxic and it’s become glaringly apparent the first world problems people are stuck in when you look around and see what mountains people are willing to die on. In retrospective most are making mountains out of mole hills in the grand scheme of life. Food, shelter and security. As mottal flesh beings that are all going to die, we worry about a lot of trivial ch!t.

Once one separates themselves from the computers and tvs that feed you the .5% of the population that does the biatching you come to find the mass of the population are pretty cool people. Everyone is just trying to get along, make a living, raise their kids and have a good time.

People getting butthurt over people getting butthurt makes for a lot of extra butts that don’t need to be hurt.

Therein lies the problem. I really don’t care about people’s opinions, it’s the the fact that so many are incapable of expressing an opinion without intentionally insulting anyone who disagrees with them.

Not to mention that some of the apparent “keymasters” here seem to be more interested in trolling and engaging in the same BS than actually contributing to this site. But of course when that happens, oh it was just “a joke, lighten up Francis” or “keep scrolling” so no harm no foul.

Politics, sports and current events would never get locked here without the insults. I’ve been here for about 20 years and honestly don’t see anything changing. It is what it is at this point. Until the ones that can’t control themselves are removed from the site, nothing changes.

People can say what they want and NOT get checked on Social Media so it makes it so easy to shoot off ones mouth with no consequence. Easy to scream at a camera and say you are boycotting something, call names, spread MISINFORMATION.
Case in point with the Bud Light “Boycott”…. reminds me of the NFL boycott, Yeti Coolers, Eric Church….. all were boycotted at one point yet most of (NOT SAYING ALL so don’t come at me) the so called boycotter(s) went back.
A good friend of mine freaked over this Bud Light thing just yesterday, snapped a video of throwing away a case of beer (dumb, the already got their money) 2 hours later (yes, 2 hours later) he is holding a Busch Light…. enough said!!!
Watch the Social Dilemma on Netflix and you will see the root of evil is Social Media.
