Summit Extra Pale AleClose the thread. This is mother’s milk.
Couldn’t have said it better myself!!
<<<< There’s more then one kind of beer? I don’t understand the question.
I will drink any free cold beer. I will give anything a try. My current favorite has been Hazy IPAs. State Fair Mirror Universes, Mind haze, Dark horse One stout, Castle Danger George Hunter, Beaver Island Stout, Lagunitas Hazy Wonder, Central Water Whiskey barrel stout (this used to be my favorite but I think they have reused the barrels too many times and it just doesn’t have the flavor anymore), and more…
I like to start with some of the craft beers but always finish with good old Bush light when I start getting full. I know it is a sign that I am getting older but some beers give the worst heart burn and I cant enjoy them anymore.
I can’t pick just one. My tastes change along with the seasons.
Currently, my all-day beer is Kona Big Wave.
I love IPAs. I’ll give anything a shot. I don’t usually like Belgians, and I avoid the big domestic light beers. I used to love Grainbelt Premium, and all my in-laws love it, but I cannot drink it anymore.
I have a similar approach. Sometimes I’ll revisit something I like but I usually pick something different each time at the liquor store and commonly focus on something seasonal. I tend to not like beer that strays into the 8% (or greater) ABV. There’s a big intensity I don’t really care for.
One thing I have noticed is I’ve developed a mild allergic reaction to some beer, especially some of the PAs. Something akin to a sinus infection. I can think of 3 or 4 other people that have said the same thing that they can’t drink certain PAs anymore.
I have a few
-Miller Lite is my go to
-Christmas beer= Stella
-Summer time beer= Shandy
-feeling fancy= any IPA that catches my eye

If this is true I would stop buying today. GB Premium all time classic, Mich Golden LT or Coors Light for more than 6!
Dark beer in the winter!

I couldn’t find anything from her (Deb Carey, owner of New Glarus) on guns. She’s definitely liberal, from what there is available online and a couple trips to meet with Obama, but nothing on guns that I found. They make great beer, which is enough for me
Miller high life and Schmidt , special occasions moose head Canadian
Rodwork’s mention of the Castle Danger George Hunter Stout reminded me of the Gentleman George Hunter, stout aged in whisky barrels. I only drank one but it was fantastic. Checked their website and it has been retired. Bummer, I would drive to Two Harbors for another one.
