2004 Dodge Ram quad cab with the Hemi. 360,000 miles on it, that’s right 360,000 miles! Never had any engine or trans work done to it. Basic stuff, water pump at 350,000 miles, radiator cuz the plastic tanks leaked like they all do, and a couple u joints. Who cares what it gets for fuel mileage, it’s a truck and I can’t town my Ranger with a Yugo!

Hate to say it but those Toyotas are hard to beat…got a 1999 Camry for commute with 155000 miles and a 2013 F-150 to tow the boat and camper with.

1996 Chevy Silverado K1500, 5.7L with 151K miles on it. Runs like a charm and starts outside in the -30 below with little hesitation! Love that truck! Only 9-10 mpg but who gives, gas is down to $1.89!

10 F150 CREW with the 5.4L… 90k miles and drives like new. Would only consider getting rid of to get an Eco-boost. Very happy with truck. Can’t even tell my 17.5 Targa is behind it.

The box is pretty much trashed but it didn’t show any rust til 270,000 miles. If I’d replace the box you would never know it has that many miles.

My daily driver 2011 Hyundai Sonata (new body style) Limited 2.0T – I love it. When it’s time to go fishing ice or boat I have an 2009 Pilot that is my wife’s daily driver / kid mover.

2005 Silverado Crewcab with the Duramax and I love it….been a great truck!

Kyle…I think your 2004 layout is the same as the 2005 under the hood so you should be able to pull the battery on the passenger side and your fuel filter is right there. Easy to swap out and you’re back on the road.
I use the Power Service fuel additive (white jug) every fill up and keep a diesel 911 from Power Service(red bottle) in the truck. So far only needed the 911 once since I bought the truck 6 years ago.
