I have a 2005 4Runner SR5 with 170k and it is a dream vehicle. I’m thinking about selling our fancy import car for an Excursion 6.8L as I’ve heard the V10 is ultra reliable. And this way I’d have no car payments!
Curious what everyone has!

V10 ford I’d stay away from that I know a few guys that have pickups with that in it and nothing but problems and about 9 miles to gallon just my two cents but I don’t know jack about jack.
Mines a Chevy Duramax. Bad day 13 and change, best days 24. 4 door pickup 4 wheel drive, 8,000 pounds on 4 wheels. 16 pulling a 20ft Lund Tyee with a 260 hp V8 I/O on a tandem trailer to Branson MO, Oahe SD or Lake of the Woods MN.
07 Accord. 70 miles a day and the 240 HP makes the drive more enjoyable!
03 silverado 4×4 ext cab. 4.8 v8. I’d stay away from v10 also they are throw away motors at 100k from what I’ve seen. Never seen a duramax get 24 that’s excellent. My other rig is an 04 saturn vue awd.those 4 runners are nice!
’09 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 4″ lift and 35’s, and a 5.7 Hemi. Traded an ’03 GMC Sierra 3/4 ton HD with a 6.0 gas engine for it. Worst mistake I ever made. I went back to the dealership a few days later and I felt like Clark Griswold in “Vacation” after he asked for his old car back and they’d already crushed it, lol. That GMC was the best truck I ever owned. Towed a 22′ Stingray fiberglass back and forth to Lake Mead for four years while I lived in Vegas, and two trips back and forth to MN for summer visits.
1994 Buick Roadmaster Estate ….
280hp LS1 V8 228000 miles…
I LOVE this car…
Nice car Mudshark! My father in law drives one too in dark blue, he and everyone loves it.
Drive an 02 Tundra…love it.
1993 Buick Century for driving to work, great on gas and very dependable. I have a 2005 Silverado, strictly for hunting and fishing trips.
I have a 2012 2500hd silverado with 6.6L diesel gets 15-23mpg great truck will tow anything. Also still have a 2008 1500 silverado with 5.3L great truck as well!!
07 Accord. 70 miles a day and the 240 HP makes the drive more enjoyable!
’04 Accord. I don’t rack up nearly that many miles, but I do love that silky 3.0 L V6! I bought it new and will probably keep it around for a lot longer.
The FW gets the ’01 Sequoia. That thing is great, too, except for the 13 mpg it faithfully gets.
(having no car payments is nice!)
04 Suburban that will hit 200,000 miles in the next few weeks. It’s my second one and I love them! Fold down the seats and it’s like a shed on wheels.
1994 Volvo 850 odometer stopped 5 years ago at 150,000 likely around 200K great road trip car, new radiator, axles and a case of oil every 2 months lol

I wondered when someone would bring that up. I was expecting a few other users though.
2005 Tahoe Z71. I’ve only had it for a little more than 2 years but I love the ride and the room. I drive about 50 mile round trip commuting and I average about 16 or so depending…. Closing in on 170K miles…

02 Ford Ranger Edge Package 4×4 with the 4.0 V6, bought it this summer with 94k on it and now it’s only at like 99k. Having 4×4 and a bed is a standard on every vehicle I buy from now on its way easier than trying to fit everything into a car and worry about getting stuck. First ride was a 94 Chrysler Lebaron with a 3.0 V6 that a spray can painted otter brand camo colors, (I don’t own an otter or anything I painted the car before I knew about otter camo), that car was a blast.
I can’t answer WHAT is my daily driver as I have many ornate and expensive vehicles that would make Jay Leno drool, but I can tell you WHO is my daily driver…Morgan Freeman. And yes, you gotta see this link on YouTube.
I’ve got an 07 Accord also. Love it! My wife took our new 2013 Forester. I just drive it on the weekend once and a while. Or on vacations pulling the pop-up.
winter & towing vehicle – 01 Ford Ranger 4×4 4.0L
summer and gas saver – 1998 geo prism (38mpg). Bought it 2 years ago for 500$ and havent had to put a dime into it yet
2004 duramax, 119,000 miles. She’s on my crap list though as it gelled up Sunday night.
Subaru Outback, great gas mileage and good in our winter weather.
Recreational/ tow vehicle is an 01 Sequoia. Work vehicle is a 11 Forte that I bought new, over 90k on it now!
FW drives the 2015 4 Runner that I tradded in our POS 2011 Suburban to get. First time in my adult life I don’t own a GM product. Unless GM ups their game I won’t ever again.
I enjoy a nice little Italian number, blonde hair, solid frame, no dents, nice headlights, very easy on the eyes, and doesn’t give me hardly any trouble after almost 10 years.
Met a guy on the ice tonight with a 2006 Sequoia. Similar story to my 4Runner. He has 155k miles and it drives and sounds like it did when it had 30k. Might need another Toyota in the driveway!
