While this hard to please crowed is all in one place! Go ahead and give your honest opinions on what I have going so far? This is just kind of a summery of what I do and fish for… but I offer many kinds of videos so look around a bit and then get back to me lol do not base everything I or any other fishing YouTuber does off of just one video please!

I film with multiple go pro’s in the boat, but usually only while pre fishing or tournaments. Once in awhile if I go on a trip with friends I will bring them as well and give the videos to friends after they’re edited for fun memories.

Biggest reason for me, is I like editing and learning to edit footage, call me a nerd. I would say 75& of whats filmed hits the recycling bin. But I do some tournament behind the scenes stuff and sponsorship video as well. I have taken pictures for catalogs for companies also.

But I am not one to film just to film for fun, it gets boring and fishing and filming isn’t the easiest thing to do.

I don’t mind the surplus of videos.
The only ones that razz me are the noobs doing “how to” videos. Especially regarding sturgeon.

    Like blind leading the blind.

That is about the only reason I’ve considered making a video, for education to better sustain the fishery! Safe handling, proper gear, education of the species, etc.

I did buy a fly rod today and watched the video “think like a fly” there’s some good stuff out there.

There is this guy named Scott Martin that has a pretty good channel. devil

I’ve been busy with a move so I haven’t been watching much YouTube, but his channel is kind of like watching a light hearted documentary.

I just finished up the week in WY on the flaming gorge reservoir with my 3 daughters, wife and father in law. We were trolling for kokane salmon. I recorded 10 hours of fishing footage with my gopro clipped to the bimini top. we have already watched my rought edit of the highlight video full of fish being caught, laughs, bloopers and other hijinx and i can’t tell you how happy we all are to be able to relive these now and in the future.

Exactly! Just think you will have that for the rest of your life now to go back to and get everyone together around!
