Grilled a couple chunks of cow! waytogo

Can never go wrong with Chunks of Cow on the grill. Or chunks of almost any meat for that matter. With the diet I’m on, I’ve been eating a ton of grilled chicken. Thighs are by far the best grilled

Country style ribs for lunch. Have some smoke on them also. Then heading out on Minnetonka.

I think you are right. I have 4 racks of baby backs to add in a hour, then I’ll throw on cowboy beans and Mac and cheese the last hour and a half. This thing was a sweet addition

Caviar doesn’t do it for me in the slightest. But I’m about to make some left overs and eat a ton again. Hoping for a real early bed time

EPG, the caviar platter looks fancy. Do you keep your pinky extended when eating it? whistling

Here’s what I made yesterday. Guinness beef stew and colcannon. First time I’ve made either of them and I’m glad I made a lot.

No idea why the picture won’t post. I guess I was overdue for issues with that. Hasn’t happened before.
