That looks good, Glenn. I’m a sucker for a soup and sammich. Love me a good sammich spread, too. I’m sure that demonic miracle whip is in that bowl but I’d still eat it. It would be way better with Hellman’s but I’d still eat it.

rotflol waytogo you got it gods nector, miracle whip!!!!! waytogo
also mixed in is mustard, pickle relish, onion salt and pepper!!!

Had a scraggly piece of sirloin in the freezer to use, so I cut it up and will be making stroganoff with pasta for supper tonight. Normally, I’d use egg noodles but I’m just going with penne because I have it. Cheating with canned sliced shrooms and plain Greek yogurt. Stroganoff was one of my favorites Mom made. I always asked for it for my birthday meal.

I did the grill thing tonight since I’m home alone. Rib Eye. And some buttercup squash left from a meal on Weds. Last buttercup from last fall’s garden. Got one Butternut left and we’ll dine on that next week. The steak was primo.

Fish tacos tonight with fresh caught sunfish and crappies from the weekend.
Sour cream, avocado, feta cheese, coleslaw, mango salsa, and fresh fried fish. It was yummy

What? No Miracle Whip. Take that over the nasty avocado.

Miracle whip would be good with them. In the last few years I’ve really started to love Avocado’s. I love making fresh chunky Guacamole.

Mash it into a casserole dish and heat it up to make it MN authentic then? Or do you have to put tater tots on top?

We are in the hospital so I ordered mama some carbones pizza and garlic cheese bread and wings. We scarfed it down like animals. Can’t wait to go home and make something good.
Venison meat loaf looks fricken good.

    Will do this puppy again.

That is a fine looking meatloaf right there. I’ve been eating vegetable beef stew for three days. Tonight I’m grilling beef tenderloin and veggies. Probably throw in a loaded baked potato to get some fat involved.

    Low country seafood chili.
I need to retain my crown woot rotflol at the cabin chili cookoff and decided to go outside the lines.
This is my first attempt and it’s pretty good, might tweak it a bit though. It calls for shrimp, scallops and oysters but the oysters break down too much so I’m thinking I’ll just go with scallops and shrimp.

I decided to skip the potato. Tonight I made grilled zucchini, asparagus, and tenderloin, seasoned liberally with SPG and sprayed hard with duck fat. Drizzled some balsamic glaze on the veg. I’m gonna eat this and hit the sack. Good night.
