Tom SawvellInactivePosts: 9559February 23, 2019 at 9:01 pm #1837919Pork roast, baked Yukon Gold spuds and broiled asparagus for this boy. Now just sit back and watch the predicted 14″ of snow pile up. I wish I could re-direct this storm over Russia. Or North Korea. Or China.
February 23, 2019 at 10:03 pm #1837926Laying low at home today, waiting for the next blizzard.
Ribs courtesy of Lloyd’s…not bad, not bad at all. Microwave mashed on the side…doesn’t get much easier, and yummy.

Lunch today – I had some leftover beer battered northern pike chunks (air fryer 3 minutes each side at 400 makes it just as crispy as day it was fried) w/ my (stepdad’s recipe) homemade tartar sauce.
Supper tonight – venison bologna with kraut(we made venison last weekend),mashed taters & butta!

March 3, 2019 at 7:27 pm #1840090I totally forgot to take a photo of it, but Billy made the best venison stroganoff for dinner tonight! Egg noodles, tender venison steak, peppers, onions, and of course we use Top The Tater rather than sour cream. It’s fantastic and we are stuffed!
March 3, 2019 at 9:02 pm #1840120Absolutely Glen. All of my whole smoked yard birds whether large or small in up in a stock pot soon after!
March 3, 2019 at 9:16 pm #1840126I get most often between 4 to 5 quarts of very rich poultry stock each time I steep the bones, skin and all that we don’t eat.
