Seems like Glenn is single handedly keeping this thread alive. No pics but we had crab legs on eve and the traditional ham and tatters on Christmas. I made cheesy tatters this year from scratch and they were a hit.

So much food over the weekend and eating a big lunch means just snacks for supper!! Of course all these treats don’t help!

Coletrain’s meal photos usually look pretty good and are a regular part of this thread, or used to be. I honestly bought an air fryer almost solely because he said they work good to make chicken wings.

I am planning to make surf n turf this weekend and will post a photo of that.

I just picked up 20lbs of crab legs and a few ribeyes for steak sandwiches new years eve.
Told the kid we will play madden 24 all night and cook a big feast for the 4 of us.

That toasted sub is something I could get down with. Especially topped with the peppers

My brother saved the heart for me from a very nice buck he shot in early Nov. Wife’s out of town for the weekend, so perfect timing. Definitely the largest deer heart I’ve cooked up. Quart jar for scale.

Double lung pass through is still dead. I do think he clipped the top of it though. There was some blood-shot meat that I had to cut off. He said it only went about 65yds.
