    Stocked up on wings at .99 a pound from hyvee. With a chunk of pecan wood. Marinated the wings in pickle juice for about 5 hours then coated with kosmos chipotle killer honey bee rub.

    It’s actually a stove pipe adapter. They sell similar things like it called “the vortex” which is like $40 and I got the adapter at menards for like $12 and works good

    So if you cook them on a gas grill are they then gas brats ? I never thought about labeling my food by the way it was cooked unless smoked. Lol

    I labeled them charcoal brats because I tried just saying “brats” but I already made a post just saying that before so it won’t let me post that again. I get the “duplicate error message” when I tried that
