    I made reversed seared thick cut bone in pork chops last night with baby red potatoes in the air fryer. Absolutely amazing!

    The sear marks didnt turn out as well this time, but that’s just eye candy anyway. Love the bullseye! Thing does pretty much anything you could ever want.

    No I’ve never done that. Just use a chick roast and cook it the same? This is actually my first brisket I’ve ever done. A local store had them on sale for 2.99 a pound

    I’ll have to give that a try. Yea I’ve been wanting to try one for a long time and saw the sale and figured now is the time
