Ok I am going to have to try this. I never eat chicken breast anymore it is to dry and plain. Do you season the chicken with anything first?

Nope. I just cut the breast into strips/chunks and wrapped them with a piece of bacon. Then I mixed up some brown sugar and some bbq rub that I had and sprinkled it over them. Very easy and very good. The chicken does not dry out as much

Oh my. Just finished supper: smoked grouse, woodcock, and snowshoe rabbit. All fresh harvests from the weekend. Covered with venison bacon while smoking. Good night! I’m out. (Food coma)

I made this at the Cabin last weekend. Turned out pretty good.
Squash filled with a sausage/parsnip/kale/maple pecan mixture. Mixed a little bourbon in there also.

Nothing better than fresh Squash. I’ve been eating a ton of it. Add in the other mixture and this takes this one up even a few more notches. Yummy !!!
