Have pork ribs in the crockpot on medium for 12hrs so far, darn things are dry though..

Thinking about making toasted pulled pork samiches for lunch tomorrow, with kraut, dill pickle, cheese, sauce…. Hope that’ll make it juicy enough to eat.

You guys and your fear of mushrooms is funny. Glenn you asked about twice baked potatoes and how to make them. Bake a tatter let it cool, cut it in half then scoop out most of the tatter leaving an 1/8 inch maybe on the skin. Mix the scooped out portion with whatever you like, cheese, dill, chives. Put the mixture back in and bake again.

Nothing quite like burgers on the grill! 🤤🍔 And tonight was my first time starting my grill so that was fun to practice! Now I’m itching to do it again, and actually be the one to cook next time! 🤣😁👍🏻

    That did it!

I’m fortunate to have a pizza Luce very close. Have buffalo wings with a load of blue cheese on the way…. And a slice of what I consider top notch pizza.

Those arent wings those are chicken nuggets.
I bought a griddle for my bullzeye and I will be seasoning it today and then cooking VERY thick bacon on it which will then lead to cowboy beans over the weekend. The hamburger will be browned on the griddle as well. Looking forward to it. Since its going to get cooler I might even do over the top chili on there for the extended weekend.
