Thanks Mike ( @rodwork ) for making a delicious smoked fatty for dinner last night! Everything was absolutely fantastic! 🤤🤤🤤
What is that monstrosity? Looks delicious, because well pretty much anything wrapped in bacon is delicious!

That is a Fatty or Smoked Philly stuffed meat log. The graded cheese liquefies and soaks thru meat. The cheese slices stays in the middle for that stretchy fun. Pound of beef, pound pork, pound of bacon, pound of cheese with sauté peppers and onions. Then a couple of pound to your waistline. If you look closely at the picture Sharon took you can see the cheese exploding out of the middle of the meat. Also made twice baked potatoes, honey corn bread, and steamed seasoned carrots.
We call this world famous. Any kind of sausage, garlic, onion and hash browns. This was Italian sausage. With 3 kinds of cheese.
Sounds good. Would make a great breakfast meal with eggs in it also
Rodwork and Glenn. Both sound amazing and now I am hungry. Yeah throw some eggs on that Coletrain and it sounds like world class breakfast! Damn I got to get something to eat.
my brother designed that classic….we dont eat much for eggs, but i think we have had them on the side occasionally!!!!

Glenn, throw some over easy eggs and a touch of hollandaise sauce on it and you can charge good money for that.
Splurged tonight! Fried some walleye, cod and steamed some lobster
None of this green beer or Irish food stuff. A good old fashioned beef roast with taters and gravy with mixed veggies!!
Yea that’s my wife’s plate loaded up already. She can’t wait to dig into my cookin!!
I love smoked beef brisket, I don’t really like smoked corned beef. It just tastes off to me. I’ve made Irish boiled dinner for decades and for the first time smoked the corned beef before simmering with potatoes, carrots, onions, and cabbage. It was delicious, but just had a slight off taste for me.
Every year do I wonder why we don’t have corned beef more often? Yes. Will we go another year before having it again? Also yes. 😂
Last year we roasted the taters, carrots, onions and parsnips in the oven. Did a quick sauté’ on the cabbage in a skillet. Took it to a whole new level. Only to find we paid a bunch for a tough piece of corned beef. Didn’t bother this year, had homemade enchiladas.
Lemon butter and garlic baked fresh white fish with wild rice.
Ribeyes grilled to perfection. Southern style taters and veggies.
^^ That looks delicious, Bearcat! You had me with homemade mac and cheese! 😋🤤😋🤤
Rigatoni with homemade sauce from home canned tomatoes and homemade Italian sausage.

I scoop the Mac and cheese with the fish. Mmm mmm delicious
Ribs out of the crockpot veggies and ramen noodles. Had enough spuds!!
Rueben’s
Highly recommend saving some veni roasts and doing reubens with corned venison. One of my favorite venison meals! A little bit labor intensive with the curing and such, but sliced thin on rye with home made thousand island they’re fantastic.
Smoked baby backs, asparagus and homemade fries in the air fryer
