Mmm this thread makes me hungry! I made Ritz cracker chicken the other night with broccoli from my garden and rice! I made two kinds of rice because there wasn’t much left of the fancy herb rice. mrgreen

I had several cans of Campbell’s Tomato Soup in the cupboard that apparently expired in July. Which begs the question – just how long ago did I buy them?? Anywho I wanted to use up a couple cans last night, so I made a dish called Easy Beef Macaroni. Basically just toss two cans into some ground beef with some noodles, add some onion, garlic, and other seasons and BOOM, easy dinner! toast

Excuse me as I don’t follow the pros except 2 teams in one sport.
    How’d the Viks do?

Everyone was off their chair for the vikings win. I don’t watch em so I just provided the food!

    Fresh deer ribs and hocs.
    Finger licking good!

1st time doing ribs and first time doing deer ribs.

Fast Hot sear on charcoal with a light BBQ jerky rub seasoning.
In oven with a little beer, covered at 350° for 2hrs and 1hr @200°.

    Surprisingly good!

Last night I used up the last of last year’s venison back straps and made a favorite of ours, open faced Philly sandwiches on homemade bread. Venison cooked med rare and sliced thin, provolone, sauteed shaved carrots and onions with fresh garlic. No pics unfortunately!

Sorry I just seen this. 400 degrees for 12 minutes. 2 inch thick pork chops. Gives a nice crunch on the out side and perfectly juicy inside

Thanks Glenn, it was all just plain goodness. It took some time to cut, chop, saute`, brown and and then put it together and slow simmer till the cubed chuck roast was fork tender.
