Mmm this thread makes me hungry! I made Ritz cracker chicken the other night with broccoli from my garden and rice! I made two kinds of rice because there wasn’t much left of the fancy herb rice.

October 26, 2021 at 3:16 pm #2069924I had several cans of Campbell’s Tomato Soup in the cupboard that apparently expired in July. Which begs the question – just how long ago did I buy them?? Anywho I wanted to use up a couple cans last night, so I made a dish called Easy Beef Macaroni. Basically just toss two cans into some ground beef with some noodles, add some onion, garlic, and other seasons and BOOM, easy dinner!

October 29, 2021 at 10:08 am #2070768Last night I used up the last of last year’s venison back straps and made a favorite of ours, open faced Philly sandwiches on homemade bread. Venison cooked med rare and sliced thin, provolone, sauteed shaved carrots and onions with fresh garlic. No pics unfortunately!

Sorry I just seen this. 400 degrees for 12 minutes. 2 inch thick pork chops. Gives a nice crunch on the out side and perfectly juicy inside

November 14, 2021 at 11:31 pm #2073802Thanks Glenn, it was all just plain goodness. It took some time to cut, chop, saute`, brown and and then put it together and slow simmer till the cubed chuck roast was fork tender.
