    Thanks Glenn,It was a slow process with the little hand grinder, but so far so good. I’ll be experimenting with the rice flower this fall and winter.

    Not sure if charlie woarrath, not sure of spelling but he made a good fish batter that had wild rice in it. I got it at either the cenex in deer river or highbanks resort.

    Braised short ribs with Parmesan polenta.

    Those Roseberg Short Ribs are one of my favorite cuts! We did something similar a couple weeks ago. Braised in the crockpot with beef bouillon, horseradish mashed potatoes with beef gravy and broccoli. It smelled and tasted too good for a pic!

    Fried Ice Cream. Had it at a Mexican restaurant and thought it was great. Went home and searched recipes. Took three and blended what sounded the best from all 3. Hit it out of the park on the first try. Better than the restaurant. Fixed it for 8 people at the house. All said it was one of the best deserts they ever had. Super easy.
