Flanken short ribs with stuffed Pablano peppers. Pepper stuffing Italian sausage, smoked kielbasa, cremenie mushrooms and onion with sharp provolone and Asiago cheese.
Two minute per side over hot coals for the short ribs.
First time having flanken short ribs. They are great fast cook meat. Lot of beefy flavor.
Peppers were awsome
Poblanos Sheldon?
Got to love a pork steak! Even a glenn57 can do it!

I’m jealous of those shrooms. Looks pretty darn good, but I figured you’d be having fish!!

Normally 4 to 5 pound birds are big, I don’t remember the actual weight but @ $1.08 per pound the price tag was $17 for the two of them, and change. That’s 15-3/4 pounds minimum, Wholey Cow!
I made Cheesy Kielbasa Pasta for dinner tonight – didn’t realize I hadn’t made it since October! Still just as good! 😋
