    Smoked up a ham with a orange marmalade glaze after work today. We ate dinner with it and vacuum sealed a few meals worth for latter

    Ah well, there you go over the top! woot

    Hobo dinners tonight. Venison burger patty, carrots, potatoes, onion, cabbage, butter, garlic. Wrapped and Baked in the oven for 50 mins.

    Excellent looking yard birds Denny. Another thing I don’t put in the smoker enough the wife makes such good oven roasted chicken might be the reason why.
    Do you ever spatchcock any of your chickens before smoking?

    Smoked chicken with the homemade noodles,cooked in it’s own stock over garlic smashed taters.

    sorry, wont be any pictures. today is our 30th wedding anniversary. we like to go to a decent place to eat for the occasion.

    today I guess its the drive thru at Hardees in town. tongue doah I would suspect ya’all have seen the Hardees bags already. not a whole lot to pick from up here in cold spring.

    Yeah I’m hearing I needed to use more eggs. I used 6 and it sounds like many people use a full doz for a 9×13 pan. Oh well. Still tasted pretty good. Not bad for my first try. 🙂
