waytogo i’ve tried various types of seasonings over time…..the montreal steak is the best i’ve found, for me.

of course it helps a bit more if you can plan ahead……add it to the burger, mix it in and let it meld!!!!!

One of the best steaks I’ve had in a while. However, I did everything on charcoal, and that was too much smoke for the broccoli.

I get wierd about broccoli. I only like it cooked in butter and way done, not crunchy. I’m not a big broccoli fan. My kids eat it any way it’s cooked or raw lol they love it.

I tried a new recipe last night and my first successful one from a TikTak video! It’s garlic bread, meatballs with spaghetti sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese and seasonings! These were super easy to make and I can’t wait to make them again. They’re so yummy and quite filling! We had leftover meatballs and sauce, and John had the great idea of cooking up just a few noodles and now we have leftovers for lunches! waytogo

I saw this from an Instagram video and made it last week. Very good and simple to make. We added some fresh basil with ours.

I’m in Florida this week on vacation. Went on a guided saltwater inshore fishing trip today and was permitted to keep a redfish. The resort grill prepared it for my dinner. Blackened redfish, Cajun rice, fries, and a margarita. It was fantastic.

A few pages back we were talking Hmong Sausage. I bought some (savory not spicy) from the Asian Mall in EP and made it w a cabbage stir fry last night. Very good and better leftovers today!
