    Well to anyone who wants to elevate there pancake game and impress the crowd.

    1 1/2 cups flour
    1/4 cup sugar (heaping of course)
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1/4 cup oil
    2 eggs

    This was handed to me from a friend and it was his Grandma’s recipe.

    Haha on a related note, anyone here drink Bourbon Bloody Mary’s? It’s a thing now I guess. I try and keep off the brown booze until after lunch myself…

    Yeah me to Werm. EPG is never sure what time zone he is in so he gets confused.

    I’ve gone through a LOT of pancake recipes, and I have yet to find one that beats Alton Brown’s pancake recipe – just google it.

    The recipe makes enough dry mix for 3-4 batches, so I make the dry mix and just keep it in my cupboard. Then he has instructions for a batch using 2 cups of the dry mix and the wet ingredients. They’re phenomenal!
