I got this bow when I was a young teen. Its been sitting in a case for YEARS. I would guess its even unsafe to shoot.
Do you think its just trash? Thinking of just hanging it on the wall at the cabin as a decoration. Its kind of a looker being made of all wood. Browning Deluxe Nomad XL.

Re-string it and use it for bow fishing?

Restring it and keep it, or sell it on craigslist. Someone will want it for bowfishing

What is the draw weight on it? I’d use it as a carp bow if the weight was high enough.

Definitely would need to be restrung. Perhaps a local school would be interested in it if they have Archery in PE?

Not sure. Seems like I had it at 62 lbs in my prime? It’ll crank.
I was more afraid of the limbs but to hear restringing might make it useable again is interesting. I guess Ill put it on the wall for now.

I sent a couple to the thrift store . hopefully someone could use them. Killed a lot of critters with the Pearson Renegades.
