Can anyone tell me who makes this rod and maybe what model? Bought it with some other rod/reel combos used.

Looks like a thorne power noodle? That’s their hook keep style in the wrap and how a thru-blank tennesse handle looks anyhow.

The guy did tell me he thought it was a Thorne Brothers but wasn’t sure. If so $70 for the combo was a deal.

I also wondered if it was a Thorne rod. Power Noodle or Deadstick. I agree that the hook keeper and wrap look familiar.

If it was a Thorn Brothers rod it would have their white and red button on the end of the handle.

I have a couple older power noodles that do not have any markings whatsoever on them, even on the butt like this one. For sure looks like an older Thorne Bro’s rod.

Yup, I have an older Walleye Sweetheart with this style handle and it doesn’t have the thorne button on the handle.

I’ll echo that it looks like a TB rod to me. $70 for that combo is an absolute steal! woot

I don’t believe they use the button on the Tennessee handle, even today? Lots of my older Thorne rods have fuji butt caps.
