What length Trolling Motor Shaft for Lund 1600

    Hello, it has been a very long time since I’ve been on IDO. Back when I was a Yankee, my handle was PooL13_Jeff. I moved to Arkansas seven years ago and have been working on my career and education. Things are in great shape and I want to fish for more than trout now. I am getting my 1600 seaworthy and am wanting to replace the Terrova. I’m looking at the Ultrex and am wondering if the 52″ shaft will be adequate. I currently have a 54″ shaft. Looking at where the clamp is on the Terrova, it sure looks like it should be fine, but was hoping some of you would know for sure. Thanks, Jeff

    I am not the expert here.
    Have a 1775 Impact with a Terrova and 60″ shaft.
    For my boat I think 52″ would be short, especially in waves but I am not familiar with your boat.
