I don’t think they are mice they are to big. Trying to help my mom out here she has something in here garage and it’s a tough one to trap. Thought we were dealing with mice at first but by the looks of the droppings they are to big. Any one have any ideas ?
We are afraid the critter might be making her new truck it’s new home. Droppings are only at night and only around the vehicle parked inside the garage.

Big mice? Rat poop is more uniform, like brown tic-tacs.

Can’t say for sure, but those look like tree frog droppings I have seen before. But usually those are near a vertical surface

Id guess bats too, but otherwise green sunfish.

Bat droppings will turn to powder if you put pressure to them.

    I don’t think I’ve ever seen a toad dropping.

Like Lindy said, Tree Frog droppings are normally stuck to a vertical wall.

Did you try tasting them? That normally helps me narrow it down jester

My guess was bat droppings but they are always on the same rug every day for over a week now. No sign of droppings any where else. I’m usually pretty good at playing exterminator, but I can’t figure out what I’m dealing with.

Sticky traps! You should set up a trail cam on the ground there.

    X3 for Toad.
Look close and you’ll see all the insect parts that aren’t digestible.

If its always in the same spot and its bats look up you would see them sleeping.

I’m gonna agree with the others and say toad/amphibian. Don’t look quite like bat, rat, or any mammal droppings to me.

Looks just like what all the toads leave on my sidewalk.

Game cam is my next step. And looking up to a clean ceiling hasn’t done me any good Jeremy, I was smart enough to try that

Definitely a green sunfish. Surprised it hasn’t been mentioned yet tbh!

If you google the picture that shows frog/rat/snake poop I would say it looks like rat poop.
