What is this?

    Looks to be a nose piece with sharp probes on the end. It looks old? I’m assuming for a cow, bull, pig? Thanks.

    It is different than the ones we used as kid on the farm, I’m 66 now , you put it in a caw or calf’s nose and when they try to nurse on an other cow the points stick the udder the pokeee won’t let the one suck on her and stops nursing
