If you don’t put your rig in park and don’t set the parking brake, the whole line up of rigs are going to be waiting until your rig is towed out.
Reported about 10 minutes ago.
At 9′ there shouldn’t be much of and incline there to pop a park pin.

Hopefully they were only using 1 of the 2 sides. What is the over and under on that?
The tow truck with take up both sides unfortunately. Hopefully the current hasn’t taken it past the bridge.
I had the opposite of this happen. A guy was having trouble pulling his boat out of the lake with his car. I hooked on my tow strap and dragged him about 20 ft before I figured out his emergency brake was still on.
LOL! Now thats funny!
Here’s a couple from about 20 minutes ago…should be back to normal.
How deep did it go? Just enough to be embarrassed or way in to your wallet?
Aww man. That sucks. He looks like a hard working guy taking a day off to fish.
We had this almost happen to us there. Put the truck in park and the truck started sliding back. Now we put it in 4×4, use the parking break and put it in park
Should have just went to Everts. Grade isn’t so steep and less problems.

That’s about like supporting a political party that one doesn’t believe in. I’ll pay the back channel.
Can I ask what beef people have with Everts? Seems certain people are constantly passive aggressively trying to sway people away. Used Everts off and on over the years and never had a bad experience?

It’s a personal vendetta that a couple people have set forward for their own reasons, they won’t be happy till Everts isn’t available to anyone.. be a sad day when there is only 1 ramp to use, gonna have to get there early..
Hopefully everyone is on the water soon, launching from wherever they want…
Guy probably regrets not using a wheel chock, parking brake probably non-functional?

Personally I prefer a concrete ramp with a dock and no lines of people.
Also for $30 I’m covered for the year and don’t need to stop into a building to pay the $5.
I’ll just leave it at that.
I’m also a fan of promoting everts….to Keep the crowds there and not on the public ramp.
