What else have you found while bass fishing?

Used to fish a lake that was amazing for bass, while bass fishing I bumped into crappies, found out the lake was just as amazing for those( lake has since froze out) Already looking for new spots for ice time, pm me if you have been getting lots of pike or pannies while bass fishing I can let you know what I have found too-heck I even enjoy getting the occasional catfish while bass fishing even though many think they are a nuisance.Thanks

Pretty much all of those are a daily thing while bass fishing besides cats for me. Thats on pretty much every lake I fish

I generally catch quite a few pike while I’m bass fishing, and most are the undesirable hammer handle kind. This season I have caught noticeably less pike than usual though. I think the water has been too warm and the sun is seemingly always out which may be playing a role. Occasionally will also catch a walleye in certain conditions. No catfish or panfish for me.

This one was flipping worms in the shallow last week on a hot sunny day

Twice I’ve caught walleyes on topwater spooks. I thought it was a small pike that missed it. Threw it out again and a 15in walleye hit it. Did catch a nice bullhead on a 1/2 oz skirted jig with a chigger craw. Very disappointing. Tasted good tho.

Two walleye on topwater(back to back casts), a couple 14 inch crappie on a jig n pig, 11 inch bluegill on a DT10(actually hooked in the mouth), 45inch pike, clams, crayfish, bullhead, cellphone(completely random catch, never saw it), beach towel, to name a few I can remember.

Have never seen a Walter on a topwater, kinda hard to believe.

Walleye, Crappie, Bluegill, Cat, Northern, Dogfish. On the other hand. My PB largemouth on a 1/8th jig and twister. While crappie fishing in Missouri.

Lots and lots of tiger muskies. Also gotten pure strain muskies, rock bass, every kind of sunfish, pike, rock bass, more pike, walleyes, sheepies, dogfish, some pike, carp, goldfish and pike.

No trout or kitties yet.
