There is a new Milwaukee M18 Fuel Brushless 2804-20 Hammer Drill/Driver (tool only) that just posted today on ebay for $99 w/free shipping. I’m not going to link it, but you can search ebay for 2804-20 and find it. Somebody should snap up this deal.

Edit: sorry I just refreshed it and it’s sold

I’m looking at getting the new Ridgid Octane hammer drill. 1300in/lbs of torque. definitely would not want to use that without the added handle

That is what I use, have it on a Clam plate. It is a beast, all the power you will need.

I found a solid deal on Amazon for a fuel with 2 5ah batteries. Home Depot price matched. Seems like in kits you’re paying for batteries and charger over drill
