Kicking around the idea of renting out some shop space this winter, and curious what the going rate people are paying for a boat in climate controlled storage?

Can’t help you with a fair rate but it seems cold storage mini’s are popping up everywhere.
    I pay $350 month for a 14 x 48 with 14’ overhead. I would love a heated space but can’t find one.

My 17’ fishing boat stays in the heated garage year round ready to roll.

For a 23.5’ tritoon (30’ coupler to prop) in an unheated pole barn with concrete floor at a buddy’s I pay him $300 cash in total. We have buildings a quarter mile down the road but they’re plump full with tractors, lifts, a lull, and so on.

I know locally there are a couple trucking outfits that charge $750 for a fishing boat for the winter with their extra space. These are nice buildings kept just above freezing and it stays until the contracted date, no access to take it in and out during winter

When I used to store my boat offsite in the winter I paid $180 for 6 months. My boat is 17.5 feet long and the going rate was based on the size of the boat.

This was not heated, but it was an insulated storage facility with concrete floors and a secured location with a gate/cameras.

I keep my boat in my garage all the time now with a 3 car stall. Glad I don’t have to deal with storage anymore.

I pay $100 per month starting when I choose in the fall and when I choose to take it out in the spring. The guy plugs in my on board charger once a month. 18 foot Lund.
