After many may comments on about what annoys people about fishing, how about focusing on what we all like.
I guess the word most is in the topic line so it would have to be just getting out and about in the winter vs. being stuck inside — once outside and fishing, all the rest of the good stuff takes care of itself.
Fishing 
AnotherFisherman made the same post one min before you. I find that funny and enjoyable.
Just being outside in the winter, I’d go crazy (crazier?) if I didn’t get outside for 6 months. Sunrises/Sunsets on the ice can’t be beat. Watching fish chase on the flasher. Dialing fish in and following them. The social aspect.
Saturday mornings waking up early. Cold as heck with a fishing partner or two even solo. Running around the lake looking for fish. I love ice fishing. Especially early ice before the traffic
A gill too big to get through a 7” hole

No bugs. Although I have seen hatches come out of the hole in spring.
