They seem to be fox because they were so small. They were about 2 1/2 inches wide and long. They were about 1 foot apart.

Almost seem more like cat tracks. Hard to tell, but no claw marks and maybe stepped in its own prints. Bobcat?

If they are in a straight line and showing only two tracks, one per side, red fox. Red Fox and a cat track are very close to the same size. I can see slight nail punctures at the front of the track on the right which would be in line with a fox, not a cat.

At 2.5 inches wide that would be a big fox.
Fox/ k9 tracks are oval shaped, those look pretty round.
It’s hard to tell without seeing more of the tracks to see the gait better.
Do you have fishers up in Alaska?

I went to my field tracking guide, looks to me it’s a Gray Fox or Artic Fox.
