I would guess with almost 100% certainty that those are air bubbles. if you were to hover in one spot I would bet the lines are more vertical. I see you were moving slowly, but even that slight speed would result in the lines angling upwards.

Ha, not exactly. Methane bubbles coming up from the bottom.
You can see bubbles from fish as they expel their air bladder if its lake trout or something. I have heard that anyway, I haven’t seen it myself.

I’ve seen that before, but never when I do are
there bubbles reaching the surface.
I’m thinking they are curious panfish rising in your cone
investigating your boat.

I make those as fish moving closer and upwards. you don’t mark air with sonar. Or you are moving over fish that are coming up. The bottom thick mark could be a ball of bait (which I doubt) bait usually gets pushed upwards to the top. My guess is its more than a few fish swimming together too close for your sonar to separate each target.
