What am I looking at on my outboard?

Was cleaning up the boat the other night and noticed this line going from the lower unit to the midsection was disconnected and I’m not exactly sure what it is. At first glance I thought it was something important but in doing some digging it might just be the pitot tube for the speedometer, which I don’t use as this is a repowered boat. Mostly just need to know if it’s something that needs to be fixed before using it again.

Motor is a mid 90’s Johnson Fast Strike 175, sorry for the poor pic quality, thanks in advance for your help.

Yeah, I believe that’s for the speedo.

Yup, looks like it came undone from the nipple inside the lower unit. Nothing I’d worry about. Either cut it off or stuff it back up into the housing.
