Garmin 93sv UHD with gt54 at West Marine

I placed an Order online at Reed’s last Sunday Nov. 22. When I called them today they told me I might get the order but it would not be until January. I can wait but they were not even sure I would get one and would have to wait and see. So… I looked around and West Marine is selling the same unit for $50 more but had 13 in stock at their Minnetonka store. I went their this AM and they matched the price of Reed’s and I was able to walk away with one.

The reason I am posting is because they have 12 more in stock stacked at their counter in case anyone else is in the same predicament a I was

Edit; bclii is correct GT54, not 56. I bought for the panoptix compatibility.

Double check, I’m sure you got the GT54 and not the 56. The 54 is still a good transducer!

I took advantage of this deal at West today as well. I wanted to support Reeds but not if they couldn’t commit to fulfilling the order.

West didn’t to match the price from Reeds since Walker is more than 50 miles away. Then the guy mentioned someone else had used a Cabela’s ad to get that same price (actually one penny cheaper) so he just rang it up at $599.98. When I look at Cabela’s it’s the older echomap plus units with the gt52 at that 599 price, not the UHD with gt54. I’m not complaining but I hope the sales guy doesn’t get a slap on the wrist.
