West Battle Pre-Turnover

    Curious if anyone has fished this lake for Muskies when the water is between 65 and the turnover and had success- I know the fish tend to be deep on this lake. Will they stay deep during this period or will the crash the shallows like most muskies do on most lakes? Any help is much appreciated.

    I’ve seen 4 muskies over 40″ caught in less than 5 feet of water on West Battle in september. I’m not a musky fisherman so no idea if that presents a pattern or not, and not sure what water temps were.
