Traded my G3 and Lund in today on a new 2021 Lund Fury 16 foot tiller 25 hp mercury tilt and trim. I hope I don’t regret selling my Yamahas. I just like the layout better and its easier to deal with 1 boat rather than 2. The G3 was nice but the most wet riding boat I ever owned. I also got a new trolling motor with spot lock I think I will love it. Anyone else have a boat similar to this? I hurt my back this year and the tilt and trim is what I really need.

I went from a 20′ triton bass boat to a 17.5 alumacraft tiller, for me it was the right choice.

I went the opposite way 3 years ago I sold my 1700 pro v tiller and bought a use triton 202 last year I bought a small light 14 foot boat with an 8 horse to fish some lakes I used to get my 17 in that there is no way to get the triton in. I miss the 17 footer for fishing as it was a tiller but the 202 is great for big water and the family stuff

Congrats! I’m sure you’ll love it. Not much better than a new boat!

Congrats on the new boat! Sounds like some great upgrades you will really like. Tilt and trim, can’t live without now. Spot lock you will love also and another thing I can’t imagine being without now.

You should post photos of the new rig. I bet you really got the itch for open water now.

Looks sharp and a really nice sized boat. Roomy but not a huge pain in the butt size either.

Nice. You’re going to like that maneuverability and love the spot lock. I have an older 16’ Lund tiller with a little but newer 50 Merc and isle that over my 17’ 90 hp Bayliner (insert jabs here) I got rid of some time ago. I will say my Lund rides pretty wet but yours is 25 years newer technology.
