River walleye better be scared—The Boy is back in town!!!! Many of you have asked about Chris over the last year and I am happy to say he is back home safe and sound. I have to give a big shout out to his in-laws and neighbors. The street was lined for two blocks with yellow ribbons and American flags and every neighbor was at the end of their driveway waving as he drove down the street coming home yesterday.
    Welcome home Son!!!!

    Welcome home Chris!

Now maybe your dad will stop belly aching about not being able to catch a walleye on P4. Heck, a couple weeks ago he was cat fishing!

He didn’t catch any of those either. )

    hi Chris,
    Welcome HOME…..
Have not heard much about Walleyes on the river lately.
Mille Lacs IS Closed to Walleye fishing as of a few weeks ago
    thru Dec 1st.
and early Fall is about to happen EVERYWHERE.

I did hear the Sturgeon are biting in Pool 4, crawlers and strong
line on a 3/0 Gamy hook are ALL that is required.
Grab a cold Coke and anchor up above the Y and put
    you feet up,
    YOU’VE Deserved it.
    again, Welcome Home, SALUTE !!!!!!

Oh Yeah, take what’s his name with you, he hasn’t caught a fish
    in a while.
