Weedline Walleyes

Saw a vid of a guy catching walleyes in 30fow, I am fishing a clearish lake close to the twin cities, DNR got 8 per net wich is ok but they also got tons of bass, so the weedline is in about 14, should be some walters mixed in with those green critters right? Was going to use 3-4” suckers or chubs on a Lindey, should probably upsize my hook. Anything wrong with that plan?

Sounds like a good time to me. I’d guess you’ll find at least 3 species of fish doing that. I use gamakatsu finesse wide gap 1/0 hooks when rigging larger minnows.

Another.. Was crying in my beer a bit, I was fishing 3x a week and now I’m down to one-plenty of people are lucky to get out once a month. Good luck AF, hope some time can free up.
