Anyone have any tips or tricks on waterproofing a glove on box my boat? I’ve got a wx1880 and every time it rains hard, it fills to the point I have to sponge it out. Any tips appreciated.

How is the water getting in? Can you post a picture? Maybe good silicone caulking…

Yes, stopping the rain from getting in would be the best option, but is there a drain so it won’t collect? Can you put in a small hole for a drain?

Empty it out, grab garden hose and let the hard rain begin. Look for the leak…Go from there bud.

I may end up punching a few holes in it and maybe put some weather stripping around the hatch, which I’m about 99% sure where the water is entering. Just wondering if something works better that I’m not thinking of.
