Just talked to a WDNR buddy who wishes to remain anonymous who tells me the WDNR is not going to to a mid-winter waterfowl survey this year. he also says the Feds aren’t going to to their annual mid-winter waterfowl survey down south because ‘they don’t have the funds’…didja know that anybody who bought duck stamps last fall has already paid for these surveys? Stamp monies are a DESIGNATED FUND…wonder wehre they spent the money we’ve already paid ’em instead of doing what they were supposed to with it?
