Anyone huntig the late season?

    Well we hunted fri. and sat. shot 6 both days and a rooster to boot.
    Lots of birds here and I meen lots!!
    Later birds decoyed for us alot better than the earlier birds today. Do to some serios festing last night only 3 of us made it out today. We needed more people to keep shooting!!!! They just kept coming right in just after we shot our last 2 and we had to quit shooting

    I am finding the same here in Hastings. Many geese, and the occasional rooster! I have my smoker crammed right now with goose for Christmas presents!

    i agree, there are geese EVERYWHERE right now!!! they’re not flying until mid day, but man were they decoyable this weekend.

    Down here in the quad cities we have been hammering the geese and ducks for a the last week or so. Has anyone else been hunting down here?
