Man this has been a good year for geese! We had 4 flocks of about 500 mallards each as well come into the decoys! The geese are a little easier to decoy this time of year. Hastings, and southern Washington county are housing thousands and thousands of birds right now..Here are a couple from this weekend….

Yep. I have a couple of farmers in my area who we keep well fed with fish and sausage throughout the season! Great people! They even leave the big round corn bales out for us to use as blinds.
