Has anyone used this one or a similar one. I like the cheaper price but sometime you get what you pay for.

When the motor on my Skyscraper Mallard went out I tried the Air Lucky for a season, I think that’s what it was called…the thing was a joke. If the wind wasn’t howling the wings wouldn’t spin or 1 would and 1 wouldn’t.

I tried adding lubricant and it just didn’t seem to matter and then one of the wings wouldn’t stay on so I chukced it and got a new motor for my Skysraper from Flambeau and have been using that.

It a great idea and they may have improved the design since I tried them but I was very unimpressed. Spend the money and get a motorized one.

I’m only looking at wind powered as you can’t use a motorized one for the first month or so of the season. I just bought an air lucky so we will see I guess.

I don’t think they are as effective as they used to be since almost everyone is using them now. Birds used to just commit suicide to them but it isn’t like that any more. More important to be in the right spot.

Agree. Ditch the gimicks, hunt the right spots.

Holy cow it’s almost duck season!
