    Sat thru mon was great. 51 birds. tues was good. yesterday and today??? not enough ducks for a pic…. 4 yest 2 today.

    Things been getting tough. Scouted 3 pools yest and came up with squat. Like everyone, I wish it would blow, blow and blow some more!!!!! Im sure with a N or NW wind added to this wet weather would create a duck killing forecast.
    We have seen several knots of migrators, cans and ringbill/bluebill, but for the most part they have kept on going… Not much for big ducks. been killing some gads, wig, bwt, a couple mallards and a few divers.
    Anyone else been out?

    First trip to the back waters yesterday. Preaty slow with a flury at sundown. Only managed to get a couple woodies. I was happy that the water levels are OK. I think the water is higher than this time last year.
