After being very tough M, T, W, T, things picked up Fri w/ a total of 20 birds, 11 Sat and tapering off to 4 today. This early season was tough last year also. Last year we totaled like 68 I believe w/o looking. This morning wrapped up our 2012 Early Season Hunts with 57 Teal, 26 Wood Ducks, 10, Mallards, 1 Ring Bill, and 1 Pintail. 95 in total 10.6 birds/day average! The guide boat is very very efficient, comfortable, and effective. I have some openings during the upcoming regular season. I can’t wait for it already…… Cold windy weather and many more birds!!!! Today there were very few birds around, just empty like it was M, T, W. Too much pressure, hot, no wind etc.. Considering the conditions I believe we did alright, good in fact. Most of all it was a great time!!!! Looking very forward to the reg Season
